Insomniac Announces First Acts For 2024 EDC Orlando Afterparties
Insomniac has shared the first batch of headline acts set to perform during its run of official pre-parties and afterparties for EDC Orlando 2024.
Before, during, and after the festival giant’s famous Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) returns to Orlando, Florida’s Tinker Field for its 13th East Coast edition, Insomniac will host a four-day takeover of downtown venues The Vanguard, Celine, and Elixir to keep the party rocking long after the fireworks fly.
Insomniac’s partner venue, The Vanguard, will be central to this year’s official off-site parties as the first to reveal its headliners for the upcoming run. The venue will kick things off on Thursday, November 7, with cool house grooves from Noizu, Odd Mob, and TOBHEHONEST as part of an Insomniac Records takeover the day before the festival begins.
Friday, October 8, will see Brazilian melodic house and techno heavyweight Vintage Culture take the stage to deliver a headline performance for Insomniac’s underground house and techno brand, Factory 93. Come Saturday, October 9, The Vanguard will switch things up with a headline show from melodic bass superstar ILLENIUM.
Finally, Swedish EDM icon Alesso will close out The Vanguard’s EDC Orlando afterparty run with his new BODY HI show. Launched in April with a performance on Coachella’s famous Do LaB stage, the new house and techno side project taps into the chart-topping artist’s deeper catalog of underground tunes.
Check out the official announcement below. EDC Orlando party lineups for Celine and Elixir will be announced later. Stay tuned to the festival’s official social media channels for more details as they are announced.
EDC Orlando is back at Orlando’s Tinker Field from November 8-10, with performances from Alesso, Diplo, Eric Prydz, Tiësto, John Summit, FISHER, ILLENIUM, Carl Cox B2B Vintage Culture, Kaskade B2B Alison Wonderland, and many more.
