
Seven Lions, Quackson, & Grabbitz Link Up For New Collab: ‘Take Me To My Grave’
Out today is ‘Take Me To My Grave,’ a mega collab between melodic dance king Seven Lions, midtempo producer Quackson, and vocal powerhouse, Grabbitz.
‘Take Me To My Grave,’ marks the debut collaboration between these three talented artists, bringing together ominous and triumphant lyrics over driving basslines and animal-like half time dubstep drops.
About Seven Lions
Seven Lions, aka Jeff Montalvo, has been pushing electronic music boundaries for over a decade. His career began in 2012 with a Beatport remix contest win for Above & Beyond’s ‘You Got to Go.’ Since then, he’s released music on labels like Anjunabeats, OWSLA, Casablanca, and his own Ophelia Records. Hits like ‘Strangers‘ (with Tove Lo), ‘Rush Over Me‘ (with Illenium, Said the Sky, Haliene), and ‘Need Your Love‘ (with Gryffin, Noah Kahan) followed. About Quackson
Jackson Wells, aka Quackson, is a DJ and music producer hailing from Seattle, WA. Making a name for himself early in his career, he was named a leader of the midtempo genre by Noiseporn in 2018 and one of the ‘Top 40 Artists to Watch’ by YourEDM in 2019. In 2022, Quackson posted a clip of his remix of ‘Life and Death,‘ which garnered the attention of REZZ and her fans alike, and has been a staple in her sets ever since. In 2023, Quackson released his collaboration with REZZ and Wreckno ‘Gyrate‘ on REZZ’s label Hypnovizion, which has amassed critical acclaim and landed on Billboard’s Dance Charts.
Throughout his career, Quackson has worked with labels like Bassrush, Ophelia, Space Yacht, Jadu Dala, Dim Mak, and Alter/Ego. He’s also garnered support from artists like Deathpact, Excision, Blanke, and LSDREAM, with his music catching the attention of some of the biggest names in bass music.
About Grabbitz
Grabbitz is an American electronic music producer, musician, composer, and DJ from Buffalo, New York. He rose to prominence in the EDM community with his 2014 Monstercat release ‘Here with You Now‘ and is celebrated for his unique blend of electronic elements with live instrumentation, incorporating genres from dubstep and trap to indie dance and rock. A multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, piano, violin, and cello, Grabbitz is also recognized for his compelling vocals and ability to infuse traditional songwriting with electronic production, leading to collaborations with major artists like deadmau5, Rezz, Illenium, Zedd, and Subtronics.
