Countdown NYE Announces New Venue for 2025 Edition: Los Angeles Convention Center
Insomniac Events has officially revealed that Countdown NYE 2025 will find a new home at the Los Angeles Convention Center this year. Set for December 31, the West Coast’s premier New Year’s Eve dance music celebration promises a massive production upgrade and a fresh chapter in the event’s 11-year history.
A New Era in Downtown Los Angeles
Previously hosted at NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, Countdown NYE is now moving to the heart of Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Convention Center offers over 720,000 square feet of space, making it one of the most expansive and dynamic venues available on the West Coast. It has hosted everything from major conventions to high-profile concerts, and now it will host one of Insomniac’s most iconic events.
With four stages running from 7PM to 5AM, the 2025 edition of Countdown is expected to deliver an unforgettable multi-sensory experience featuring world-renowned dance music talent. The artist lineup is slated for announcement in the coming weeks.

Tickets go on sale starting Wednesday, September 18, 2025, at 12PM PT, via The Official Site. General Admission and VIP options will be available, with Countdown remaining an 18+ event.
As with past editions, fans can expect a themed environment packed with high-end stage production, sci-fi visuals, and intergalactic vibes to match the Countdown branding. The move to LACC also opens new doors for accessibility, hotel accommodations, and late-night transit options.
