Layton Giordani, GENESI Drop ‘Call You Back’

Layton Giordani and Italian producer GENESI team up for a bruising new tech house cut, ‘Call You Back,’ arriving this Friday on Giordani’s MADMINDS imprint. The single, featuring the smoky vocal textures of Be No Rain, leans into a gritty, suspenseful groove built for climactic impact. It marks the label’s follow-up after its launch of Green Velvet and Giordani’s ‘When It Kicks’ last month.

Already road-tested in Layton’s summer sets from UNVRS Ibiza to the Brooklyn Storehouse and La Estación in Córdoba, the track’s heavy-hitting energy and mind-melting final drop have become a crowd favorite long before its official release.

Giordani has been actively promoting the drop across social channels, urging fans to pre-save and prepare for what’s shaping up to be one of the label’s standout club weapons this fall. With MADMINDS positioning itself as a gritty, New York-rooted home for forward-leaning house and techno, “Call You Back” is a deliberate statement of intent. Layton Giordani has been road-testing ‘Call You Back’ throughout a busy fall run. The DJ/label boss plays Tomorrowland Brasil (São Paulo) and Creamfields Chile in mid-October, then hits a string of North American headline dates including Commodore Ballroom (Vancouver, Oct 17) and The Palace (Calgary, Oct 18) as part of his Fall 2025 tour. GENESI has been plugging the record into European club runs. He played Ex Macello in Milan (Sep 27) and is listed for a December stop at Seismic Dance Event in Bratislava. Together the pairing means the MADMINDS release lands not as a one-off single but as a DJ tool already tearing up on both sides of the Atlantic.
