700 Bliss, Space Afrika and Kode9 to play Stone Island Presents London
The event series returns to the Roundhouse, north London, on 13 October.
Stone Island Presents has announced the line-up for its next event. For the upcoming night, they have locked in a debut UK performance from 700 Bliss – aka DJ Haram and Moor Mother – and an exclusive audio-visual show from Hyperdub founder Kode9, with visuals from Orphan Drift and Light Farm.
Skee Mask has also been confirmed for his UK debut show, teaming up with Aphex Twin visual collaborator Weirdcore. Sangre Nueva – the collaborative project of DJ Python, Kelman Duran and DJ Florentino – are also slated to play the event, marking the debut UK outing for the group. Elsewhere, experimental artist Rachika Nayar joins the programme and duo Space Afrika complete the bill. Stone Island Presents London is free entry via registration here.
Stone Island Presents is a collaboration between C2C Festival and curatorial project Stone Island Sounds. The latter was established in 2015 to platform contemporary independent artists via a series of events, playlists and record releases. Stone Island Presents has held events in Tokyo, Manchester, Berlin, Glasgow and Amsterdam as well as London.
