Run The Jewels share video for ‘JU$T’: Watch
Run The Jewels have shared a video for their track ‘JU$T’.
The track, a collaboration with Pharrell and Rage Against The Machine’s Zack De La Rocham, is taken from their 11-track album ‘RTJ4’, which was released back in June.
The album was released by the duo amid the global Black Lives Matter protests, and the lyric video for the track follows the same political thematics. In an interview discussing an ‘RTJ4’ album review with Rolling Stone, rapper and activist Killer Mike said: “I’m happy that this time we landed right on time so our music can be the soundtrack to progress, and that’s what it feels like.”
The duo also recently released their own strain of cannabis in the U.S. called OOH La La, named after the album track of the same name. The strain reportedly has “an aroma of spice cake and frosting plus flavor of sweet fruit cake with an herbal tea chaser, and delivers a sensory-heightening head high and a light body feel. More fyah!!”

In May, Run The Jewels’ Killer Mike delivered an emotional speech to protestors in Atlanta, urging for peace and calm amid the violence. The speech was in response to protests which have began since the death of George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man from Minnesota who was killed by a white police officer, Derek Chauvin, on Monday 25th May. Footage of the arrest shows Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck for nine minutes, ignoring him as he repeatedly pleads, “I can’t breathe”.
