Life Is Beautiful Returns In New “Big Beautiful Block Party” Format For 2024

Life is Beautiful is shaking things up with a new format for 2024.

This year, the Las Vegas festival will host A Big Beautiful Block Party in lieu of its flagship three-day event. Returning to downtown Las Vegas on September 27-28, the trimmed-down affair will offer a more close-knit music experience, just a five-minute walk from the city’s Arts District. 

Whereas Life Is Beautiful previously unfolded over 18 city blocks, this year’s event will move to the other side of downtown Las Vegas’ Fremont Street experience, where a new smaller site at 324 S. Main St. will house just one stage with no overlapping set times.

This year’s lineup leans markedly more indie than previous editions, with an eclectic mix of alternative and electronic dance acts set to perform, including headliners such as as Justice, Peggy Gou, LCD Soundsystem, Jamie xx, and Jungle, and equally acclaimed supporting acts like James Blake, Thundercat, Toro y Moi, BADBADNOTGOOD and LP Giobbi.

Also new for this year, Life Is Beautiful’s official ticketing partner StubHub has integrated its online platform with the festival, offering music fans a smoother purchase process and an even wider selection of every available ticket type as Life is Beautiful’s only official ticket resale marketplace.
