Bonnaroo Will Return In 2026
Bonnaroo will return in 2026.
After severe rain and flooding forced the Tennessee festival to cancel its remaining two days of programming last month—its second weather-related cancelation in five years—organizers revealed they were considering giving the long-running event a year off next year. Today, they’ve confirmed via social media that Bonnaroo will be back home at “the Farm” in Manchester, Tennessee, from June 11-14, 2026.
“After the cancellation from Hurricane Ida in 2021, we consulted with drainage and land management experts to improve conditions on The Farm in the event of heavy, sustained rain,” Bonnaroo organizers wrote. “We created a multi-million-dollar multi-year plan and have been tackling projects post-festival each year. These improvements have helped, but there is still more work to do.”
They continued: “In the 2025/2026 off-season we’ll be dedicating an additional multi-million-dollar budget and initiating improvements that prioritize the campgrounds and other areas affected by the extreme weather in 2025.” These projects include reseeding the property, increasing access roads in the campgrounds, and adding additional drainage, according to Bonnaroo’s post.
After weeks of compiling feedback from attendees of its weather-stricken 2025 edition, Bonnaroo also unveiled several changes guests can expect when the weekend campout returns next year.
According to Bonnaroo’s post, campsites in areas most affected by flooding will not be utilized next year, effectively reducing the festival’s capacity. Early entry camping and programming in Outeroo will begin on Wednesday, with the festival’s main Centeroo venue to open one day earlier for a welcome party on the What Stage on Thursday.
Following complaints of overcrowding and capped crowds, Bonnaroo’s newly debuted Infinity Stage will not return in 2026. In its place, the Where in the Woods UFO stage, Bonnaroo’s longtime late-night electronic hotspot, will make its way to the main venue. Where in the Woods will continue to exist as a chill zone in Outeroo.
