Afterlife Roars Back to Life with Anyma’s Quantum Echoes Part 1 Compilation
Ever since Afterlife Tulum, questions have swirled around the future of Afterlife as a label. Would there be more events, would there be more releases? Since that time, the tempo of releases has slowed to a trickle. The last release from Afterlife was MRAK’s Smoke EP on July 25. Thankfully, Afterlife is unleashing a torrent of new releases today via Anyma. Whereas in the past, the Summer would be capped by a Realm of Consciousness compilation, this year Anyma takes the reins to release Quantum Echoes Part I. This is a curated compilation of various artists from Anyma’s new Quantum era.
Following the debut of his groundbreaking live show Quantum, which premiered this summer during his residency at [UNVRS] in Ibiza, Anyma unites some of electronic music’s most innovative voices on one meticulously crafted project. Alongside Anyma’s own collaborations (“Quantum” with Chris Avantgarde, “Girls MIA” with Adam Sellouk), the album features a carefully selected lineup of Afterlife mainstays and rising talents, including Adriatique, Argy, Colyn, Kevin de Vries, Cassian, Yotto, and more. Some of the most anticipated tracks on this compilation include Joshlane’s ‘System Overload‘, ‘Racer’ from Adriatique and Argy, Cassian and Yotto’s new take on ‘Love Parade‘ and Anyma’s new tracks. Together, these tracks capture the essence of the Quantum world: immersive, cutting-edge, and universally resonant. Quantum Echoes Part I is available now via Afterlife/Interscope. The Quantum era marks a bold new chapter for Anyma, following the conclusion of his Genesys trilogy. In addition to Quantum Echoes Part I, Anyma recently announced he will bring his “Quantum Genesys” show to Egypt for the very first time, live at the Pyramids of Giza on October 10th (Click HERE for tickets).
