Dirtybird Campout & Northern Nights Music Festival Reveal 2026 Phase One Lineup
Two of Northern California’s most celebrated independent festivals, Dirtybird Campout and Northern Nights Music Festival, have officially unveiled the phase one lineup for their highly anticipated 2026 return. Scheduled for July 17-19 at the scenic Cook’s Valley Campground along the Humboldt/Mendocino County line, the event promises to transform the towering Redwoods and Eel River into an immersive sanctuary for music, art, and community.
Following a successful, sold-out 2025 collaboration, the partnership between these two iconic brands continues to mature, emphasizing independent curation and deep-rooted connection. This initial announcement highlights over 40 artists, with a second wave of talent expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

A Star-Studded Lineup
The 2026 Phase One announcement is anchored by internationally acclaimed artist and Northern Nights alumni CloZee. Fans can also look forward to a special ‘Road to Dirtybird Campout x Northern Nights’ performance at the Napa Valley Ruins on May 30. Joining the bill is the in-demand Tape B, known for blending nostalgic dubstep with contemporary bass and hip-hop influences. The lineup also features Dirtybird staple Justin Martin and FEMME HOUSE founder LP Giobbi, both of whom bring a distinct, high-energy approach to the stage.
The festival’s commitment to genre fluidity is evident throughout the roster. From the gritty, commanding presence of UK grime icon Flowdan to the experimental soundscapes of Dimond Saints and the euphoric production of Daniel Allan, the curation is designed for discovery. Global house rhythms are represented by Brazil’s Bruno Furlan and DJ Glen, while Todd Edwards brings his timeless, soulful grooves to the Redwoods.
Live and hybrid performances will further elevate the sonic experience, featuring the jazz-infused electronics of GoldFish, the brass-heavy energy of High Step Society, the soul-driven vocals of Kaleena Zanders, and the psychedelic funk of Shaded (Live).
Dirtybird loyalists will find plenty to celebrate with a strong showing of label affiliates, including Sacha Robotti, Will Clarke, Gene Farris, and Mz Worthy. Notably, UK bass innovators Ivy Lab will bring their farewell tour to the festival, alongside returning favorites Christian Martin, Born Dirty, and J.Phlip.
The festival also continues its tradition of highlighting rising talent, with breakout acts like Sam Binga, Nitepunk, Mindchatter (DJ Set), and DJ Susan rounding out a forward-thinking bill.

A Festival Among The Trees
Set in the heart of the Emerald Triangle, Cook’s Valley Campground provides an unparalleled backdrop of Redwoods and riverfront scenery. The festival will utilize multiple stages—including the Main Stage, River Stage, Bird Bath Stage, Grove Stage, and the late-night Bunker—to create distinct sonic environments that transition from sun-drenched daytime sets to immersive after-hours sessions.
Beyond the Music
Dirtybird Campout x Northern Nights remains dedicated to a participatory ethos. Attendees can expect a weekend filled with camp games, artist-led activities, and spontaneous interactions that blur the lines between performer and fan. The ‘Co-Creators’ program also returns, inviting attendees to volunteer and contribute to the festival’s construction, reinforcing the community-driven spirit of the event.
New For 2026
This year introduces several enhancements, including expanded Thursday entry for all ticket holders. Additionally, those who purchase passes before June 25 will have the option to receive their wristbands by mail. The festival will also host a live screening of the FIFA World Cup 2026, complete with limited-edition custom festival jerseys available on-site.
