Alien Art unveil futuristic psy-trance album ‘Alpha Centauri’: Listen
Bringing the most futuristic of vibes with their Alien Art project, legendary psy-trance acts Ace Ventura and Captain Hook have joined forces on the release of a full-length album, entitled ‘Alpha Centauri.’ Simply out of this world, each of the 8-featured tracks will take listeners on a musical journey that quite like it has yet to be seen.
Paving the way within the psy-trance community for quite some time now, legendary acts Ace Ventura (real name Yoni Oshrat) and Captain Hook (real name Reshef Harari) have teamed up for an album release that is simply out of this world. Forming the Alien Art project, the duo combine their signature sound(s) in a manner that will have listeners hooked from start to finish, whilst this 8-track body of work, in the form of ‘Alpha Centauri,‘ will be wrecking quite the havoc, as it delves deeper into the roots of psy-trance, as well as simultaneously exploring the most futuristic of auras.
Immersing in their own words “Sci-Fi themes, extraterrestrial soundscapes and primal tribal rhythms,” Alien Art focuses directly on music that will have anyone out of their seat(s) and straight onto the nearest dance-floor, as well as providing enough depth that will take you on a journey that quite like it has yet to be seen. Collaborating in the past on tracks such as ‘The Jolly Roger,’ it only makes sense that these two psy-trance heavyweights would come together for a full length album, with ‘Alpha Centauri’ perfectly illustrating the genius mind(s) of each, whilst when combined, the end product is a blend of “different worlds in one,” a creative process that will be talked about for years and years to come.
Each of the 8-featured tracks on ‘Alpha Centauri’ will have you begging for more, with this body of work combining the older analog world with the futuristic digital one, as a vast array of psychedelic elements come together to form the ultimate album. Truly out of this world, be sure to check out the ‘Alpha Centauri’ by Alien Art in all its glory below, with streaming available through all major platforms here, and for a limited time only, the album can be purchased as a vinyl through Diggers Factory.
