Chicago house great, Paul Johnson, has died
The pioneering DJ has passed away after battling Covid-19.
Chicago house legend, Paul Johnson, has died at age 50. A post on the producer’s Facebook page confirms that he passed away today (4 August) at 9am.
Whilst the cause of death hasn’t been confirmed, Johnson was hospitalised for Covid-19 in July and was taken to an intensive care unit later that month, where he was placed on a ventilator.
