DJ Snake Pulls Out of Upcoming Performances Amidst Health Challenges

Coveted French EDM artist DJ Snake is facing a major health challenge. The ‘Let Me Love You’ producer informed all his fans across his social media that an unnamed health struggle is finally taking its toll on him. He had kept this a secret for a while. Moreover, Snake announced that he will be going into surgery early in February. Thus, the recovery will take a month, approximately. However, he did not mention exactly what health concerns he’s been managing recently.

Postponed Performances

Since the DJ needs surgery, his recovery will take priority for a month. Snake explained that all his shows during the month will be cancelled until he can reschedule them. It seems like he had been holding off on getting the surgery for a while. However, he can’t continue to delay it. While consulting with his doctor, they both concluded that the procedure is the only way he will be back at 100%.

Shows he must cancel include Igloofest in Montreal at the end of January and all the performances from the India Tour. He was scheduled to appear in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai. However, we are hopeful that he will be fully recovered for Ultra Music Festival in Miami at the end of March. Also, he is expected to be ready for Australia, South Africa, and Coachella in California in April.
