Dreamland Partners With Insomniac For 2025 WorldPride Music Festival D.C.

WorldPride Music Festival, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ pride celebration, is coming to Washington D.C. in 2025.

Presented by Jake Reniscow’s Dreamland under license from global pride organizer network InterPride, the two-day music festival will arrive at D.C.’s RFK Festival Grounds on June 6 and 7, 2025 and celebrate the 50th anniversary of Capital Pride, the district’s foremost LGBTQ+ alliance.

WorldPride Music Festival will feature over 60 performances across three unique stages, with acts spanning house, techno, circuit, pop and drag, plus cutting-edge art installations and other immersive experiences.

In addition, to live entertainment, the event will offer food and beverage options from some of “D.C.’s favorite restaurants”—including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options—official artist and festival merchandise, brand experiences with special performances and giveaways, specialty cocktail lounges, and more.

D.C.’s WorldPride debut, an honor awarded to the city by InterPride in November 2022 following an extensive bidding process, will be over three years in the making once it comes to fruition next June.

The team behind the landmark event is a who’s who of the United States’ most influential LGBTQ+ and allied party producers.

Reniscow’s Dreamland team was responsible for bringing the United States’ historic first WorldPride event to New York City’s Javits Center in 2019, and their annual Dreamland Pride event is one of NYC’s biggest, taking over Central Park each June.

Dance music headliners like Purple Disco Machine, Diplo and Above & Beyond, and special guests like Cher, Elton John and Camila Cabello have graced the Dreamland stage in previous editions. This year, John Summit will headline the NYC Pride event.

Joining Reniscow’s Dreamland and the Capital Pride Alliance on the WorldPride D.C. team are Insomniac Events and Club GLOW. The two powerful dance music brands, which have shared a strategic partnership in the city since 2020, will ensure WorldPride’s top-notch production at the RFK Festival Grounds. On the same site, they collaboratively hold Project GLOW each year.

Pre-sale registration for the World Music Festival in Washington, D.C., is now available here. Keep up with the festival and other city-wide WorldPride news at worldpridedc.org and Capital Pride’s official Instagram page.
