Keep Hush announces 12-hour rave at The Cause with Daytimers and Eastern Margins
Nomadic UK party, merchandise, and live stream collective Keep Hush have announced a 12-hour rave at The Cause.
The event, known as Turbofest, will be the team’s last at the venue, which is set to close in the coming months to make room for redevelopment in the area.
Running evening-to-morning, the throw-down will include takeovers by Daytimers and Eastern Margins, with a bill featuring names such as Breaka b2b Emerald, Hélena Star, and Raji Rags. Attendees can also expect to catch Ben Hauke live, Ehua, Enayet B2B K Wata, Facta b2b Lukas Wigflex, and an as-yet-unannounced guest from the Hyperdub roster. Check the full line-up below, and buy tickets here.
Over the course of this year, Daytimers has been involved in fundraising events for COVID-19 relief in India, and more recently put out a compilation album to generate revenue for LGBTQIA charities Mermaids and Human Dignity Trust.
Meanwhile, Keep Hush featured in DJ Mag’s fashion pages after pivoting to provide a no-risk merchandise service for artists, and back in March 2020 featured in an in-depth look at a new generation of free party promoters in the UK.
