Mixmag to host club night at Manchester’s Amber’s this April

Mixmag and Manchester nightclub Amber’s are joining forces this spring.

On Friday, April 25, we’re hosting an event at the new 1,000-capacity, multi-room club, which opened for the first time in December on Oxford Road.

Early bird tickets went on sale at 10:AM today, priced at just £5. General admission tickets will be released at a later date.

As with Amber’s Saturday events, the line-up for Mixmag x Amber’s is yet to be announced, but promises to bring a huge selection of quality talent across the night.

The event will take place from 10:PM until 4:AM – last entry at 12:AM.

Earlier this week, Amber’s revealed updates around its second season, set to take place from April until June. The club’s debut season began in December, and will conclude next month.

Updates included a new concept taking place at the club on Friday nights, New Connections, bringing in two artists who have never performed together for an “extended, debut B2B”.

So far, Amber’s has brought together debut back-to-back sets including Mella Dee B2B Lukas Wigflex, Dan Shake B2B Cinthie, and Denis Sulta B2B SG Lewis.

Like its Saturday events, Friday’s at Amber’s line-ups will now also remain unannounced. “For all our Friday events for the next three months, we’re partnering with some of the world’s most-loved brands and most celebrated party-starters to curate nights of electronic excellence,” they announced.

Amber’s second season also sees Afters at Amber’s – the club’s regular Sunday session – move to a monthly Sunday event with the aim to “grow into the day party Manchester needs and deserves”.
