Polifonic Festival is heading to Milan this year
Polifonic Festival is moving to Milan for the first time this year.
The new Milanese edition will be inaugurated with a line-up featuring former Crack Magazine cover star Jeff Mills. He shares the programme with Awesome Tapes From Africa, Hyperaktivist, Surgeon, Paramida and more. Dengue Dengue Dengue and Dasha Rush have also been confirmed for live shows.
This new chapter of Polifonic Festival will be held at Scalo Farini on 10 June, and at Parco Esposizioni Novegro on 11-12 June 2022. The latter is an exhibition centre with three stages and a space for art installations.
Polifonic first launched in Valle d’Itria, Puglia, in 2017. Its Apulian edition returns this year, and will be staged at three locations: Masseria Capece, Lido Le Palme and Cala Maka. The line-up was recently announced, and it features a range of titans in the electronic scene alongside upcoming talent. Festival-goers can expect to enjoy sets from the likes of Afriqua, Chaos in the CBD, Yu Su, Dar Disku, Octo Octa, Jane Fitz and lots more.
This year, Polifonic will also implement a new stage at its Apulian edition, called The Cave. It returns on 28-31 July.
