The 15 Best House Tracks of October 2025
While the music industry descends upon ADE, the rest of us are searching out hot tunes to get us through the rest of the year. Look no further. We have plenty of heaters here to help you fill up your Autumn playlist. Two each from the following. Guy J’s recent Global Underground mix, Hot Creations, and Nautica on 8bit who have taken clubland by storm with “Sway.” Then a trio from the newest Scissor & Thread EP which you’ll find soothing for those easy nights. Sprinkled in between you’ll find some lesser known, pleasant surprises.

1. “NO DRAMA” – GUY J [GLOBAL UNDERGROUND]
For the 48th edition of the Global Underground mix series, Tel Aviv’s Guy J was given the coveted spot and on the first of two mixes, he premiered five blazing originals. Including, “No Drama” which takes you on a progressive journey in the short span of just under eight minutes. If you like it deep and dark with a ton of groove, “No Drama” is the one for you.
2. “A MOMENT OF CLARITY” – GUY J [GLOBAL UNDERGROUND]
Guy J’s second contribution to the house chart this month, “A Moment Of Clarity” is a gentler affair that involves piano melodies and sweeping, angelic pads.
3. “AM YARD” – SNAD [SCISSOR & THREAD]
This deep and dreamy cut on Scissor & Thread’s AM Yard E.P. comes courtesy of Snad. A Berlin-based producer who is also known as Spandrel.
4. “ANTICIP8” – SNAD [SCISSOR & THREAD]
The second title on Snad’s AM Yard E.P. keeps the vibes deep with a just a bit more punchiness in the percussion.
5. “THE PURSUIT (FRANK & TONY’S HOUSEBEAT REMIX)” – SNAD [SCISSOR & THREAD]
Scissor & Thread’s Frank & Tony get in on the action with an in-house remix that doesn’t stray too far from AM Yard‘s mission statement.
6. “IN THE DARK” – SAAND [TIERRA SOUNDS]
The 58th release on Michael Sandler’s Tierra Sounds imprint comes courtesy of the producer himself under his well-known alias, SAAND!
7. “NO HESITATING” – JOE ROLÉT [HOT CREATIONS]
“‘No Hesitating’ is a chuggy bassline wobbler finessed by a powerful, sultry vocal. I just wanted to make a bumping dancefloor roller stacked with musical pressure for the raving crew. I am happy to say that the evidence reported from rave-land confirms that this is a certified burner! A tune that hits ravers where it counts, by putting that bass-line weight directly in their nostrils!” – Joe Rolét.
8. “BAKER ST” – NAUTICA [8BIT]
Nautica’s debut on 8bit is stacked four tracks high with nothing beat heat. Including, this floor weapon they call, “Baker St.” Turn it up.
9. “MURDER MYSTERY” – JAMIE JONES [HOT CREATIONS]
After a three-year break, Hot Creations boss, Jamie Jones is back on the legendary label with his own production. And in terms of melody, it’s very well balanced. A series of varied, synth stabs backed by a Prophet-10 bass-line interact for a compelling outing that’ places this production in a league of its own’s propelled the jam towards the top of the Beatport chart.
10. “TRIBE OF DEEP” – NAUTICA [8BIT]
The second tune we’ve pulled from Nautica’s Sway E.P. via 8Bit is this luscious track that’s both driving and sexy.
11. “COME TO IBIZA (MAX DEAN REMIX)” – MASON COLLECTIVE, TIMELESS ORACLE [MVSON]
Max Dean’s deep and delectable take on this Summer heater is perfect for fans of PIV and the like.
12. “NISSAN ALTIMA (JACKSON TWIST)” – JACKSON [DISTROKID]
Brazil’s Kim Jackson is responsible for this very crude banger that’s been getting hammered by the Keinemsuik crew.
13. “RISE UP” – TAYLLOR, OKAN EVCI, PAAKMAN [HOUSE ON FRAME]
This three-way production is a certified scorcher that belongs in your afro-house playlist.
14. “SCREAM!” – CHASEWEST [SOLID GROOVES RECORDS]
Possibly over-utilizing a scream sample, this label debut from Miami’s CHASEWEST also features razor-sharp rhythms that cuts like a hibachi knife.
15. “COCO LOCO” – ERAN HERSH, TEKKMAN, JUANY BRAVO [MAKE THE GIRLS DANCE]
Highly repetitive latin house that eventually grabs on and never lets go.
