We’re screening Sleaford Mods documentary Bunch of Kunst this week
Crack Magazine Supporters can watch for free from Friday.
Sleaford Mods are the poet laureates of Broken Britain, two angry geezers whose brutal lyrics and rackety machine-punk have catapulted them to indie stardom. Against the odds, they’ve made the journey from shoestring recording sessions in their hometown of Nottingham to headlining internatinal stages, even being dubbed “the world’s greatest rock ‘n’ roll band” by Iggy Pop.
Christine Franz’s documentary Bunch of Kunst follows singer Jason Williamson, a former chicken factory worker and father of two, his bandmate and beatmaker Andrew Fearn, and manager Steve Underwood, an avant-garde bedroom label owner and former bus driver, as they win over a legion of fans with their DIY ethos – check out the trailer below.
Crack Magazine Supporters can watch Bunch of Kunst for free from Friday 26 November to Thursday 2 December. The screening is available to Supporters around the world.
