Clematis Street is about to turn up the Southern charm. The West Palm Cowboy Club, backed by global DJ Diplo, will fuse Nashville vibes with Florida nightlife. Think boots, barbecue, and basslines—all under one roof.

The club will open at 200 Clematis Street later this winter. Miami restaurateur Adrian Ricouz, creator of Slab Daddy BBQ, is leading the food concept. Expect smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and cornbread. The menu will also feature barbecue pizzas and a Southern-style brunch. Diplo, known for his electronic beats, is stepping into country territory. As musical director, he’ll curate karaoke nights, live shows, and themed events. Guests can expect playlists blending honky-tonk classics with Diplo’s signature sound. Upstairs, a cocktail bar and event space will host private parties and exclusive performances.

The concept aims to deliver more than food and music. It’s a cultural mashup—Southern tradition meets modern entertainment. Neon lights, cowboy boots, and Instagram-worthy décor will set the scene. The tagline says it all: “Beer, barbecue, and basslines collide.” West Palm Cowboy Club targets locals and tourists craving an authentic yet elevated experience. With Diplo’s star power and Ricouz’s culinary flair, this could become Clematis Street’s next big hotspot. The exact opening date remains under wraps, but anticipation is building fast.
