Diplo is launching an exhilarating nationwide initiative with the announcement of Diplo’s Run Club, set to take place in six major U.S. cities in 2025 and 2026. Each event will feature an exciting 5k run paired with a “mini music festival”, headlined by the Mad Decent record label head himself. Cities hosting Diplo’s Run Club include Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Miami, and Phoenix, with the kickoff event scheduled for Philadelphia in July. Stay tuned for specific dates and locations for each event by visiting the race’s official website.

This announcement builds on the tremendous success of Diplo’s Run Club’s debut last year, where over 20,000 participants joined the festivities in Seattle and San Francisco. Notably, the San Francisco event ranked among the top-10 largest 5k runs in the United States in 2024.

Diplo’s Run Club brings in the joy of running along like-minded individuals who love music and fitness altogether

In a statement, the multi-Grammy winning DJ/producer expressed his excitement, saying, “Getting Diplo’s Run Club started last year was some of the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Bringing so many people together to run and celebrate is really all I ever want to do. I’m stoked to bring you guys a bunch more this year with a ton of friends from around the world”.

Diplo originally came up with the idea for this event series after he ran the Miami half marathon and then found himself at the club with other runners craving a post-workout celebration.
