Münster open-air venue Dockland to reopen following major refurbishment

Münster open-air venue Dockland has undergone a major refurbishment and is set to reopen on May 10 for its spring and summer series of parties.

The comeback event KANELLO Opening will be headlined by DJ Tennis and Jimi Jules playing a four hour back-to-back set, with support coming from DJ Norma b2b Greta Spark, Alyf, Cutmaster Jay b2b Khetama, Marco Mesem, Krackk, Dilliboi_91 and Valeby.

The following week Monika Kruse helms the booth on May 17, while later in summer Marlon Hoffstadt will be playing one of only seven European club shows in 2025 at Dockland, and Oliver Koletzki’s label Stil vor Talent will bring its 20th anniversary celebrations to the venue.

Dockland takes its name from the first club the team behind the venue ran back in 1995, with the current site, located at a former harbour in Münster marking their second location.

A brand new d&b audiotechnik soundsystem has been installed, with other features of the venue including LED screens and transparent raised roof over the bulk of the dancefloor, meaning it’s rainproof.
