Ferry Corsten reimagines his landmark album with ‘Blueprint Reprinted’: Listen

Ferry Corsten has unveiled Blueprint Reprinted, a carefully curated reimagining of his conceptually groundbreaking 2017 album Blueprint. Rather than revisiting the project through a traditional remix lens, Corsten invited a select group of forward-thinking artists to reinterpret the album’s core ideas, preserving its narrative depth while reframing it for today’s dancefloors.

Originally, Blueprint marked a pivotal moment in electronic music, shifting away from a singles-driven format toward a cohesive long-form listening experience built on transitions, atmosphere, and storytelling. Nine years on, Blueprint Reprinted reconnects with that vision, allowing six standout tracks to evolve through new creative perspectives.

The EP opens with Ferry Corsten himself, reworking ‘Reanimate’ into a more propulsive, peak-time interpretation, elevated by refined synth work and Clarity’s cascading vocals. From there, Giuseppe Ottaviani delivers a high-impact reprint of ‘Drum Is The Weapon’, stripping it to its rhythmic core before rebuilding it with relentless, club-focused energy. Frankyeffe follows by transforming ‘Trust’ into a darker, late-night pressure cut, trading cinematic openness for tightly wound intensity.

At the project’s midpoint, Hel:sløwed reshapes ‘Wherever You Are’, originally featuring HALIENE, into a deeper progressive journey built on filmic textures and restrained builds. Matt Fax then takes on the album’s title track, stretching its motifs across rolling grooves and immersive atmospheres, before Genix closes the release with a hypnotic, house-leaning reprint of ‘Eternity’.

Available now across all major streaming platforms, Blueprint Reprinted also arrives as a limited 2×12” vinyl release, accompanied by an exclusive t-shirt via the Magik Muzik store. The project stands as both a tribute to Blueprint’s legacy and a statement of how its ideas continue to resonate within modern electronic music.
