The 15 Best House Tracks of July 2025
If you’re looking for the newest underground cuts, you’ve come to the right place. Mita Gami’s collaboration with Garden City Movement is the star of the show this month. It’s on Crosstown Rebels and I’ve got all three at the very top of the chart for your convenience. You can find another trio from one E.P. worth copping as well. The artist is Caleb Jackson and you can find the lively tunes towards the end of the chart. In between, you’ll find some floor destroyers. As well, as some sun-soaked groovers perfect that lazy afternoon this Summer. Can’t forget to mention SAMM’s “Body Language” either which was a total hit this past month.
Follow our Spotify playlist where you can listen to all of the tracks to hit the chart this year so far:

The title track between the talented, Israeli artists is this radio-friendly effort that’s right up there with the best of ANOTR.
3. “HAPPINESS IS TOO FINESSE” – MITA GAMI & GARDEN CITY MOVEMENT [CROSSTOWN REBELS]
Try pigeon-holing this quirky effort that deserves its own file folder.
4. “BODY LANGUAGE” – SAMM [ABRACADABRA MUSIC]
Alicia Meyers’ 1981 disco magic, “I Want To Thank You” features prominently in this lovely 2025 creation.
5. “EDGE OF DESIRE” – JONAS BLUE & MALIVE [DEFECTED]
Jonas Blue‘s return to Defected is a sure-fire, sun-soaked weapon that’s currently taking over beach bars on all four corners of the globe.
6. “FRONT 2 BACK” – JORDAN PEAK [DEFECTED]
“It’s a real honour to release on Defected. I have so many of the label’s tracks in my collection, some of my get out of jail tracks I use when I need a sure-fire dancefloor moment are Defected records! I can’t actually believe I’m releasing on the label. House music all life long.” – Jordan Peak
7. “HYPNOTIZED” – HATIRAS [TOOLROOM]
Toolroom‘s latest, blazing contribution comes from Toronto’s own, George Hatiras.
8. “LA SAMBA” – JESUS FERNANDEZ [TOOLROOM]
Jesus Fernandez makes his debut on Toolroom with this rumbler that revisits Junior Jack‘s “E Samba.”
9. “DANCE WITH ME” – SHADU [GO DEEVA LIGHT RECORDS]
Shadu’s “Dance With Me” is a scorching, afro-house affair that packs a heavy dose of rhythm.
10. “RIGHT” – ALEX WANN [DEFECTED]
“I’ve always wanted to release on Defected, and ‘Right’ is a special track to me. I wanted to explore something different, blending genres within electronic music while staying true to my sound and the groove of house music. This track is all yours now!” – Alex Wann
11. “VAMONOS RIKITO” – MDA GROOVES [UNIVERSO POSITIVO RECORDS]
On the Sonido Latino E.P., MDA Grooves flex their latin-house muscles with five quality cuts. Including, this humid deep house cut with plenty of bold carnival flavors in the drums and percussion but also a late-night soul to the pads.
12. “XXXL” – CALEB JACKSON [PIV CLUB]
“XXXL” closes out Caleb Jackson’s Alakazam E.P. in energetic fashion with a smorgasbord of effects. Turn it up.
13. “GET UP” – CALEB JACKSON [PIV CLUB]
Similar to the house music of yesteryear, “Get Up” uses funky guitar samples along with filter effects more than anyone else in recent memory.
14. “HELL YEAH” – CALEB JACKSON [PIV CLUB]
“Hell Yeah” was exactly my inner-sentiment when the bass-line dropped on this one.
15. “LA MUSIQUE” – MONFORT [COD3 QR]
Appearing on Laurent Garnier’s recent seven-tracker, Monfort has seemingly created the best 21st century remake of “Strings Of Life.”
