Charli XCX announces ‘Best Christmas Ever’ radio show

Charli XCX has your Christmas playlist sorted.

The Crack Magazine Collections cover star has put together a mix entitled Best Christmas Ever for BBC Sounds which, according to a press release, will be “filled with perfect pop bangers for the ultimate Christmas playlist.”

The news follows the launch of Charli’s BBC Sounds podcast Best Song Ever which has welcomed guests such as Caroline Polachek, Mark Ronson and TikTok star Addison Rae and Dev Hynes.

“The reason I wanted to do this podcast is because I love talking to people, and I love exploring the emotional connection any person can have with music,” explained XCX in a statement. “Songs that soundtrack specific moments in life can amplify and affect a moment drastically and so I wanted to explore what those moments and songs are with some of my favorite creative people.”

Last week, Charli was unveiled as the fourth and final cover star of The Collections, a coffee table publication featuring our best words and photos.
