East London’s Starlane Pizza Bar secures 24-hour license

East London after-hours venue Starlane Pizza Bar has been granted a 24-hour license for Fridays and Saturdays.

Located in Canning Town, a stones throw from FOLD nightclub, Starlane Pizza Bar will now be able to throw extended events throughout the weekend which the venue claims will give artists “the freedom to perform expansive sets” and partygoers “an unparalleled environment for musical exploration.”

The venue received the greenlight to operate extended hours last month and already has a packed schedule of night-to-morning parties through March — including Starlane Presents: Brainsurf on March 15, which will be headlined by Harry McCanna and Sam Bangura, and a 30-hour party on April 26 to celebrate the venue’s birthday.

At the end of this month the venue will also host an after-party for FOLD’s Cartulis party, which will run from 11:AM on Sunday, March 30 until 10:PM on Monday, March 31.
