Trance Wax returns with sophomore single ‘Your Fantasy’: Listen

With a massive career as the brains behind Ejeca, Garry McCartney also finds creative release via his other alias, Trance Wax. He is returning to the project for his latest offering via Dreamstate Records.

Opening with a euphoric vocal, Your Fantasy feels instantly iconic and nostalgic. Despite his busy career, Garry McCartney doesn’t take his production work as Trance Wax lightly. Immediately, the sound of the late 90s comes blaring through the speakers, led by the vocals but equally cemented by the incredible production. From here, Trance Wax builds up the track with subtle FX, pulsing lead, and rising percussion.

The true magic of Your Fantasy is revealed in the drop. Utilizing soft plucks and shimmering leads, it is impossible not to drown in nostalgia and pure joy as the refrain of “in your fantasy” repeats throughout.
