Barcelona’s Sónar Festival Adds 60 Final Acts And Printworks Takeover For 2024

Barcelona’s Sónar festival has added 60 new acts and a very special stage takeover from Printworks to the programming for its 31st edition this June.

Top house and techno names like Adriatique, DJ Tennis, Laurent Garnier, Paul Kalkbrenner, Richie Hawtin and VTSS are among the new additions to Sónar’s roster for when the event returns to Barcelona’s Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via L’Hospitalet from June 13-15, 2024.

Further additions include house icon Danny Tenaglia, Detroit techno legends Octave One, rising UKG star salute, and trailblazing 90s electronic duo Air, performing their 1998 debut album, Moon Safari, in full.

Sónar’s previously announced headliners for 2024 include KAYTRANADA, Charlotte de Witte, Ben Böhmer (live), The Martinez Brothers, Kerri Chandler and more. Check out the complete lineup below.

The festival has also unveiled a new collaboration with Printworks, which will see London’s famed former nightclub curate its own stage at Sónar 2024.

“Exploring the intersection between dance music innovation and digital art,” the SonarLab x Printworks stage will feature high-tech audiovisual production that captures “the essence of Printworks.”

Performances on the Printworks stage will come from Octave One, Eliza Rose B2B Dan Shake B2B Sally C, salute and many more.

Keeping with tradition, Sónar will also host a series of demos, workshops and other exhibitions as part of its Sónar+D conference. This year’s programming will focus on artificial intelligence and its ever-increasing role in the creative industries.
