Cercle Festival Announces Debut Edition in Mexico

Cercle has officially announced the arrival of Cercle Festival in San José del Cabo, scheduled to take place on November 14-15, 2026. Set against the singular landscapes of Baja California Sur, this new chapter marks a significant expansion for the brand as it brings its signature blend of music, heritage, and immersive production to Latin America.

Building on the massive success of its Paris editions, the festival is shifting toward a more intimate, boutique format. The event will unfold from 2 PM to 2 AM each day in an open-air environment, where the unique combination of desert tones, lush palm trees, and the Pacific coastline provides a breathtaking backdrop for world-class electronic music.

A New Chapter for the Cercle Experience

Known for hosting events in historically significant locations—such as the National Air & Space Museum of France—Cercle has established itself as a global reference for unique staging and cultural integration. While previous editions have welcomed attendees from over 70 countries, the San José del Cabo edition aims to offer a more focused, destination-driven experience.

The festival will be hosted at Crania, an innovative open-air artistic venue celebrated for its commitment to sustainability and its “reclaim” concept. By utilizing repurposed structures and emphasizing environmental consciousness, the site perfectly aligns with the festival’s vision of creating a space where architecture, nature, and sound intersect.

I’ve stood in a lot of beautiful places, but Baja California really does something different to you… The colors, the light, the contrast… it’s very special there. We’ve built so many meaningful memories in Mexico over the past years, so bringing the festival there for the first time outside of France felt natural. I want this to feel unique, timeless, and fully connected to its surroundings. — Derek Barbolla, Founder and Artistic Director of Cercle.

Immersive Production and Global Community

The event is designed to be more than just a series of performances; it is an immersive journey. The festival grounds will feature two distinct atmospheres: one stage positioned near the ocean and another nestled within a palm garden, ensuring a diverse sensory experience throughout the weekend. With a limited capacity, the focus remains on proximity, comfort, and high-quality curation.

While the full lineup is yet to be revealed, the event promises to feature a carefully curated selection of international and local artists, reflecting both the global identity of the Cercle community and the vibrant cultural energy of Mexico.

Pre-registration is now open for those looking to secure their spot. The pre-sale begins on May 6 at 11 AM (San José del Cabo / Los Angeles) and 8 PM (Paris), with the general sale following on May 7. Given the brand’s history of sell-out events, early registration is highly encouraged.
