Sub Focus Announces Upcoming Album: ‘Contact’

2025 has been a landmark year for D&B titan Sub Focus. Beginning the year selling out London’s Alexandra Palace, he then performed his biggest-ever set at Glastonbury Festival, closing out their IICON stage. He will be taking his acclaimed live production ‘Circular Sound’ to the US later this month, with a show in Los Angeles, as well as a landmark, sold out performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. He will be the first-ever Drum & Bass act to headline the iconic Denver venue. He was also recently announced to perform at Coachella Festival next year, as part of the Drum & Bass collective, Worship.

And now, as festival season winds down, Sub Focus has announced he will release his brand new album, Contact, on November 21st via Positiva. The anticipated new record will comprise 14 tracks by Sub Focus, with featured artists including Grimes, John Summit, Katy B, bbyclose, Fireboy DML, IRAH, Subsonic, Poppy Baskcomb, Connie Constance, Emily Makis, Inez and more. Anticipation for today’s album announcement has been growing throughout this year, as Sub Focus has been playing some of the new material across his DJ sets, festival appearances and acclaimed headline ‘Circular Sound’ live shows across the world.

Contact will be Sub Focus’ fourth solo studio album, following his certified Silver albums Sub Focus and Torus, and 2023’s UK Top 40 album Evolve. He also released a collaboration album with fellow Drum & Bass artist Wilkinson called Portals in 2020.
