Take a look at the first photos of Ibiza’s new “hyperclub”, [UNVRS]

[UNVRS], the Ibiza “hyperclub” poised to open later this month, has revealed the first photos of its new space.

Ahead of its opening party on Friday, May 30, the club offers a first look at its completed exterior, described as a “sculptural space” flaunting both indoor and outdoor areas.

The club features whitewashed walls with natural stone in keeping with traditional Ibizan architecture, with a signature dome structure outdoors in the terrace area.

Inside, the venue promises “total sensory immersion” with large production rigs, mirrored hallways, a custom L-Acoustics soundsystem engineered specifically for the venue, and “modular scenic elements” across the space.

[UNVRS] also offers a unique experience within its toilets with The Wild Comet stage, a “fully equipped” micro club featuring a DJ booth at the centre, transforming the bathroom into a party space.

The venue will also feature dedicated dining areas, promising a culinary experience with “intentional” dishes – from comfort food to vegan plates.

[UNVRS] will open on May 30 with an opening party featuring the likes of Jamie Jones B2B Carl Cox, Carista, Joseph Capriati B2B The Martinez Brothers, Michael Bibi, and more.

The new venue is being billed as the world’s first “hyperclub”, combining “high-end” luxury with “the scale and ambition of arena events” – and comes from the team behind The Night League (Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza).

The club sits on the site of former Ibiza superclub Privilege (Ku Club), once the largest venue in the world, which ultimately closed its doors in 2020.

In January, Carl Cox announced his return to Ibiza with a new residency at [UNVRS]. He was the first resident announced for the new club, and will take over a regular Sunday night slot starting this summer.
