John Summit is expanding his popular Experts Only series by heading to the mountains for a pair of high-altitude music experiences in 2027. The producer and DJ has officially unveiled plans for two distinct winter weekends, marking a significant expansion of the brand's footprint in North America's premier ski destinations.
The upcoming 2027 schedule includes a fresh stop in Big Sky, Montana, followed by a return to the slopes of Whistler, British Columbia. Both events aim to blend high-energy dance music with the unique atmosphere of mountain-based après-ski culture.

The winter series kicks off at the Big Sky Events Arena in Montana, running from March 13 through March 14, 2027. This engagement represents the first time the Experts Only brand has hosted an event at this location, offering a new backdrop for the series. Shortly after, the tour moves to Canada for a return engagement in Whistler, scheduled for March 20–21, 2027, at Lot 7.
While specific artist lineups and programming details remain under wraps, the events are expected to mirror previous iterations by focusing on the intersection of winter sports and electronic music. These weekends have become a staple for fans seeking a blend of alpine adventure and festival-style entertainment.
Presale tickets for these mountain events will be available starting Tuesday, November 10, at 10 AM local time. Interested attendees can register for early access HERE.
These upcoming 2027 dates highlight a growing trend of destination-focused music events. By securing venues in both Montana and British Columbia, the Experts Only series continues to position itself as a major highlight on the electronic music calendar for winter enthusiasts.
